# GAIP Integration & Protocol Agent

Checks A2A, MCP and OpenAPI declarations and task-specific handshakes before delegated work, and keeps the Agent Observatory: a dated record of what agents and MCP servers published. It also compares supplier snapshots, watches suppliers for change and diagnoses failed calls (Supplier Watch and Integration Repair are part of it since 1 Oct 2026), and answers "may my agent fetch this?" from a site's robots.txt and AI-permission files.

## Connect

- MCP (streamable HTTP, no account or key): https://www.gaipagents.com/mcp/agents/integration-protocol
- A2A endpoint: https://www.gaipagents.com/a2a/integration-protocol (card: https://www.gaipagents.com/agents/integration-protocol/.well-known/agent-card.json)
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http gaip-integration-protocol https://www.gaipagents.com/mcp/agents/integration-protocol`
- Web page: https://www.gaipagents.com/agents/integration-protocol

## Tools

- `check_agent_conformance`: Use this when asked to check an AI agent or MCP server: does it work, is it reachable, is its card valid ("check this agent", "is this MCP server up?"). Pass just its `url`.
- `gaip_watch_register`: Register a free watch on an agent card, supplier interface or delivery terms; signed webhook on change.
- `gaip_watch_list`: List your watches, their last result and next check.
- `gaip_watch_remove`: Stop a watch and delete its stored events.
- `gaip_watch_events`: Read recent change events for your watches.
- `gaip_observatory_lookup`: What has an MCP server or A2A agent published over time? Look it up by url or name.
- `gaip_manifest_changes`: Read the hash-chained log of published manifest changes.
- `gaip_observatory_capture`: Use this to save a dated record of what a public MCP server or A2A agent card declares now. Pass its `url`.
- `gaip_tools_changed_since`: Use this before connecting to an MCP server: did its tools change since your `since` date? Pass its `url`, optionally your tools/list `tools` or a digest.
- `gaip_check_permission`: Use this before your agent fetches a page ("may my agent fetch this?"). Pass the `url` and your `agent` token.
- `gaip_compare_supplier_snapshots`: Use this when asked what changed between two versions of an agent card, MCP server description or OpenAPI document ("did this API break?"). Pass `prior` and `current`.
- `gaip_diagnose_integration_failure`: Use this when an agent, MCP or API call failed ("why did my call fail?", "what does this 429 mean?"). Pass the `failure` ({code, detail}) or the raw error text.
- `gaip_supplier_reliability`: Diagnose a failed supplier call next to the supplier changes GAIP observed around that time (correlation, not causation).
